01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LNKN platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
02.Description of Service
LNKN is a link-in-bio platform designed for musicians and creators. The Service allows you to create a customisable page that aggregates links to your music, social profiles, merchandise, and other online content. LNKN is available under multiple plans: Free (basic features), Plus (custom domains, advanced analytics, and priority support), and Pro (all Plus features plus team collaboration, API access, and premium integrations). Feature availability may vary by plan and is subject to change.
03.Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each account is intended for use by a single individual; you may not share your account credentials with others. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
04.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (c) distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content (spam); (d) upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems; or (f) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' enjoyment of it.
05.Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including text, images, logos, music, and links. By posting content to LNKN, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. All intellectual property rights in the Service itself — including the software, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to LNKN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
06.Payment and Billing
Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at the time of subscription. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
07.Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, during which time you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
08.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LNKN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to LNKN in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
09.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Changes will become effective 30 days after posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
